Every couple we work with has a different story: a unique proposal, background, and vision for their wedding day (and yes, I’ll always want to hear the proposal story!!). But what they all have in common is a deep, joyful commitment to one another, and a desire for their wedding day to feel present, personal, and truly enjoyed.

The wedding day experience

Complete an inquiry form, and let's get this conversation started! Our inquiry form asks a few general questions to confirm our availability for your day, but also a few short 'get to know you' questions too. But, more on 'getting to know you' later!
01. submitting your inquiry
Once you've reviewed our pricing information and are ready to move forward in the booking process, we will suggest a final 'get to know you' call before sending a contract and invoice to become 'officially official'. This ensures that we are a great match for each other, and allows us to learn how best to serve you on your wedding day.
02. consultation
Now that we know we are a perfect match, all that is left is getting your wedding coverage confirmed with a retainer payment and signed contract. The retainer payment amounts to 33% of your total wedding investment with Olivia B. Photography. All paperwork and payments can submitted online - we want this to be the easiest decision and booking process on your wedding planning 'to-do' list!
03. confirming your coverage
Once we are officially official, we will begin discussing dates for your engagement session. Your engagement session is an important part of your experience as it allows you and your fiance to see how we will work together on your wedding day, learn posing, and (of course) get beautiful portraits taken prior to the big day!
04. we're Official! Let's plan your engagement session.
Around 4-months out from your wedding day, we will send over a wedding day questionnaire that will give us all the info we need to build out your perfect wedding day photography timeline. We will collaborate with your wedding planner to make sure your day is laid out efficiently and stress-free.
05. Wedding details & Timeline prep
The day is finally here! You will be able to relax and enjoy your beautiful day knowing that we will take special care to photograph each and every joy-filled moment and detail of your wedding day. We will be celebrating right alongside you and cheering you on from the moment you step into your dress, to your last dance of the night.
06. It's here! It's Here! Your wedding day
Finally, within 1-month of your wedding day, your full wedding gallery will be sent directly to your inbox. Pop a bottle of champagne and put on some sweet music - it's time to relive the best day ever! Worried you won't be able to wait a whole month to see photos from your day? We totally get it! Be excited for some sneak peeks to scroll through in the week following your wedding. We can't help but to share a few!
07. Gallery Delivery
Many of our wedding collections include a printed album - aka, your family's first heirloom! You will select the images to go in your album, and we will use those to design spreads that perfectly retell all the sweet moments of your day. Up to two rounds of revisions are included, and once the design is approved by you, you can expect your album at your door within 6-weeks. Upgrades to album size, materials, and other customizations are available!

Let the inside jokes begin. We love getting to meet our couples in-person at their engagement session! You'll both learn our quirks and how we gently let each other know when we're blocking the other's shot.
Get to know us & how we work!
Y'all, we are wedding photographers (and have been for a long time), but when we get on the other side of the camera, even we need someone to tell us what to do! Being in front of the camera doesn't come naturally to everyone, but we will be there to encourage and coach you to engagement session portrait perfection.

Wedding day timelines can occasionally allow for 30-minutes of portrait time or less! That being said, we will take time at your engagement session to teach you all our core poses. On your wedding day, it will all come back to you as if you've done it before (spoiler alert, ya have)!

Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 33% non-refundable deposit. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let us know and we’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be due 1 month before the wedding.
We love your work and we’re ready to book! What’s the next step?
Galleries typically include anywhere between 800 and 1200 photos. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully-edited, high resolution images you can print anywhere. You’re also welcome to share your wedding photos on Facebook as long as you credit us and link to our website.
How many photos are typically included and can we print the photos ourselves?
We typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 30-mile radius from our home in Birmingham, Alabama. Fees vary depending on location so ask us for more details.
