We started Bonnie’s senior portrait session in Downtown Huntsville at Big Spring Park, and captured some absolutely beautiful images…before it started pouring out! After just barely making it back to our cars and out of the rain, we decided to postpone the remainder of her session to the next evening and would stay a little closer to both of our homes in Athens in case we were caught again by a pop-up summer shower.

While I LOVE the portraits we got at Big Spring Park, I must say– I am thankful we shot around downtown Athens and the Elkmont Rural Village! Her portraits turned out absolutely beautiful from all of the locations, but I am partial to those shot around our hometown 😉
